Meet Lauren.

(and Lola + Raffi)

Coach; problem solver;

lover of iron, coffee and puppies.

In my 14 years of coaching, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients with diverse challenges and goals.

Personally, I’ve spent a decade overcoming chronic pain, rehabbed a ruptured ACL with surgical complications and have recently learned to manage a chronic immune dysfunction disorder and ADHD…. among a laundry list of other things.

I can honestly say that there isn’t much I haven’t witnessed, experienced or shared. And these rich experiences have made me a dogged problem solver and a forever-optimist.

Equipped with a fitness diploma, a kinesiology degree and hundreds of hours in continuing education, I’m on a mission to help people master their bodies and health on their terms, for life.

So if you’re ready to get down in the trenches and are looking for empathy, answers, sensibility and support in the fight for your health, I’d be honoured to be your coach.

  • I’m a holistic heath coach specializing in rehab and kettlebell training, practical nutrition coaching and sleep/stress/recovery counselling.

I help my clients dismantle perfectionist thinking and what they think they “should” do for their health and determine what they can and will do, sustainably and consistently.

I use a whole-picture approach to help clients tackle their beliefs and build the life skills and habits required to create real change and sustainable results.

  • My clients are wonderfully diverse, but there are distinct traits they share:

    • They take ownership.

    • They value mastery of skill.

    • They appreciate efficiency.

    • They have clear priorities.

    • They’re gritty AF.

    • They’re absolute hustlers.

Not surprisingly, many are entrepreneurs/executives/high performers — but it’s not a requirement. If you’re a fast paced/high stress person whose health is critical to your performance or you desire holistic, deep health — you’ll fit right in.

I’m also trauma-informed, experienced with chronic pain, illness and neuro-divergence. If you need a little extra compassion or support in building healthy relationships with food, exercise and your body, you can count on me to keep your whole self/health in mind.

    • Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology (B.A.Sc)

    • Advanced Diploma in Fitness & Lifestyle Management

    • Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology-Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT)

    • StrongFirst Girya (Kettlebell) Level I

    • Precision Nutrition Level 1

A core value of mine is to learn and be curious — about yourself, about others, about the body, about the world around us.

My appetite for continuing education is insatiable. Formal courses, on-going mentorship, personal R&D, collaboration with other professionals and the unique insights and experiences of my clients are equally important contributors to my coaching practice.

  • I’m an aspiring gardener (although I seem to fight a losing battle to a new pest “boss” each year). I’m my brightest self when I’m outdoors in nature and I love a good adventure — especially on my motorcycle with wind in my face and bugs in my teeth. All kinds of music turn my crank and ice cream is the key to my heart.

I’m an avid learner, deeply curious about why life is as it is. I’m a recovering perfectionist.

As an entrepreneur and ADHD’er, I pursue an elusive balance of structure and adventure (chaos) while maintaining my health and trying not lose my keys.

This journey should be uniquely yours.

It should support the life you want — not restrict it. If you’re ready for a completely custom and flexible approach to your health, the next step is simple:
