Live Coaching
Live coaching sessions are billed monthly based on scheduled frequency. All sessions are to be paid in full by the first of the month or schedule reservations may be lost. Where appropriate, sessions may be purchased as a package instead of as a monthly commitment. All sessions are to be paid in full in advance of the first scheduled session. All live coaching sessions are subject to HST and expire 6 months from date of purchase. No refunds will be provided, however transfers may be approved on a per-case basis.
Online Coaching
G1 Online Coaching is a month to month service with no commitment required, however notice of cancellation must be received by the scheduled month-end coaching call. If notice of cancellation is not received by this session, another month of service will be billed to recover programming costs. G2 and G3 Online Coaching packages require a minimum 3 month commitment. Packages may be paid in full or in monthly instalments via preauthorized payments every 4 weeks. All online coaching packages are subject to HST and expire 6 months from date of purchase. No refunds will be provided for online coaching services.
Cancellation Policy
While every effort is made to accommodate scheduling preferences and changes, a strict cancellation policy is observed to ensure adequate appointment availability for all clients. All live coaching sessions, including those included in Online Training packages must be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited if paid in advance or billed at full cost. Should clients arrive late to a session, they will receive the remainder of the scheduled time. Sessions cancelled with 24 hours notice will be rescheduled or credited as required.
